reciprocating compressor
Two Stage Heavy Duty Industrial Compressors
Two stage compressor consist of two or more cylinders. The atmospheric air enters into LP cylinder through inlet filter & valves and passes to HP cylinder through intercooler for final pressure. The highly efficient intercooler tube provides maximum heat dissipation between stage. These compressors are useful in textile, plastic industries, paper industries, spray painting blowering, cleaning, tyre inflating, pneumatics, ceramics, automobiles, foundries, pharmaceuticals, CNC, VMC & Plasma Cutting, Sand blasting, Blow Molding Service stations, etc.
Application:
- Textile Industries: Weaving and processing, spinning operations.
- Chemical Industries: Pneumatic diaphragm-operated pumps and spray dryers.
- Engineering Industries: Sand blasting machines, cleaning & pneumatic operation.
- Dairy industries: FFS machines.
- Automobile Industries: cold & hot tyre remolding machines, workshop, puncture repair shop.
- Pharmaceutical industries: Blister pack machines & tablet/capsule coating.
- Plastic Industries: Blow & injection molding machines.
Piston Air Compressor
Our reciprocating air compressors have a low RPM design with quick, easy maintenance and renewable components. Easy access to the components allows for routine maintenance and replacement of parts like the individually cast cylinders, piston wear-sleeves, and the 15,000-hour bearings.
There are cylinders with pistons inside the reciprocating compressors. Each cylinder has a concealed end near the cylinder head and is finished at one end with a movable piston. The cylinder valves are located at the rear of the compressor’s valve chambers. During the first phase of compression, the air is allowed to enter the cylinder through a suction valve that is opened by the piston’s motion. This creates a gap. The second part of the phrase, “reciprocating,” is then complete as the piston begins compressing the air while changing direction. Valves open and release air when the pressure within the cylinder is greater than the pressure in the discharge pipes.
